All prices displayed on the website are denominated in US Dollars. We reserve the right to adjust prices at any time, and price changes shall take effect immediately upon posting on the Site.

We are not liable for typographical errors or incorrect pricing information. We reserve the right to cancel any orders placed at mistakenly listed prices.

You agree to pay all charges incurred through the Service as well as all applicable taxes, including sales tax, value-added tax, customs duties and import fees where applicable. All payments must be completed via supported payment methods listed on our website.

4. Shipping and Delivery

We will arrange shipment as soon as possible. Estimated delivery times are for reference only and are not guaranteed.

We shall not be responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs clearance, weather conditions or any circumstances beyond our reasonable control. The risk of loss and title of products shall pass to you once delivered to the carrier.

You are responsible for providing a complete and valid shipping address. We are not liable for lost or undelivered parcels caused by incorrect or incomplete address information you provide. Address changes after order placement are subject to shipment progress and cannot be guaranteed.

5. Returns, Refunds and Exchanges

All return, refund and exchange matters shall be subject to our independent Return Policy page. Please read it carefully before purchase.

Only unused products kept in original packaging within the specified period are eligible for return or exchange. Customized and personalized crystal items are not eligible for return or exchange without quality issues.

All refunds will be processed via the original payment method after we receive and inspect the returned goods. Return shipping fees shall be borne by the buyer unless the return is caused by our error such as wrong item delivery or product defect.
