Return Policy

We offer a 14-day return window calculated from the date of delivery.

Return Conditions for Change of Mind

Items must be unworn, unused, unmarked, intact, and kept in original packaging with all tags and accessories complete.
The buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs, and the original shipping fee is non-refundable.

Quality Related Returns

Damaged, defective or wrong items must be reported within 30 days upon delivery with clear photo or video proof for return or replacement service.

Final Sale & Non-Returnable Items

Custom engraved items, personalized products, one-of-a-kind crystal pieces, clearance and sale items are final sale and cannot be returned.

Natural crystals may have natural inclusions, minor color differences, texture variations and slight size deviations. These are natural characteristics and not considered quality defects, which are not eligible for return.

RMA Rule

All returns must contact our customer support in advance to get an official RMA return authorization number. Any unauthorized returned packages will be refused directly.

Refund Policy

Refund service is only available for damaged goods, defective quality, incorrect shipment, missing items or parcel lost in transit.

All refund applications must be submitted within 30 days after delivery, with valid photo or video evidence provided for verification.

We do not accept refunds for personal reasons, including but not limited to dislike, energy mismatch, unrealistic expectation, color or texture difference of natural crystals.

Custom items, personalized products, one-of-a-kind pieces and clearance sale goods are non-refundable permanently.

Once your refund request is approved, the fund will be returned to your original payment method within 3–7 business days. Original shipping cost will not be refunded.
