We process all orders within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
Standard international shipping normally takes 7–20 business days, depending on destination country and logistics arrangement.

Shipping delays may occur due to customs clearance, international logistics congestion, weather conditions or local postal service reasons. We are not responsible for any delivery delays caused by objective factors beyond our control.

All shipping fees are non-refundable under normal circumstances. We reserve the right to adjust shipping methods and delivery rules without prior notice.
